Job Description

Job Purpose - To manage business in the assigned territory in terms of business, collections, quality of loan and team Duties and Responsibilities - For Business Development: Plan which activities to be carried out in which village to maximize business in his territory. Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis in the assigned territory Maintaining relationship with village authorities, managing local bodies, politically influential people and continuously striving to increase brand ambassadors in every targeted village Identify potential business opportunities in the region and make recommendation to increase business coverage Collecting, transmitting and utilizing market information to be passed on to seniors to facilitate decision making.
