Job Description

TEAM HANDLING ROLE : Product - HL / LAP / MORTGAGE REPORTING TO : Regional Head - Responsible for achieving Top-line and Fee growth from New to Bank SME business in Mumbai Region by effectively selling the SME products and related services. Desired Candidates : - Sales experience in loans - SME /Business/LAP/Working Capital Loan, CC/OD facilities are must. - Team handling experience must minimum 2yrs. - Good in oral and written communication. - Excellent in screening clients balance sheets. Details of Function : 1- Responsible for New to Bank Sourcing (Direct &Branch Sales) of Small & Medium Enterprise (Fund Based & Non Fund Based) Proposals. 2- Responsible for regular generation & closure of new SME Sales Calls. 3- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with branch staff (Branch Heads, TLs, ROs etc.) in the assigned territory. 4- Manage and ensure desired productivity levels assigned to region. 6- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. 7- Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers- value to the organization. 8- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. 9- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
