Duties and Responsibilities
For Business Development:
Plan which activities to be carried out in which village to maximize business in his territory.
Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis in the assigned territory
Maintaining relationship with village authorities, managing local bodies, politically influential
people and continuously striving to increase brand ambassadors in every targeted village
Identify potential business opportunities in the region and make recommendation to increase business
Collecting, transmitting and utilizing market information to be passed on to seniors to facilitate decision
Implement plans by allocating resources as suggested by State Business Heads
Plan various promotional and Brand Building activities in the region to increase business and market
For portfolio Health:
Monitoring proper documentation of loan files of the territory
Ensure timely collection of EMIs
Monitoring and controlling NPA s
Ensure that audit guidelines are followed and to ensure that the conditions specified in
the disbursement advice have been adhered to and that all loan documents are duly filled
Random verification of properties financed during branch visits
Ensure all norms and audit requirements are being adhered to.
Maintaining Profitability of territory by controlling cost and AFC collection by Territory - for state as
For Process Improvement and Adherence:
Continuously monitor each branch s daily performance and compare it with their monthly target..
Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and procedures in allocated territory
Supervise the credit functions of the region and communicate with them regularly for
understanding and resolving the issues faced .

Providing approvals for administrative functions of the Branch
Submitting MIS reports to state head as required
Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted across the
Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks in all his branches.
To manage effective Product & Process Improvement through constant process
development. Also participate in TMW to ensure quality and standardization is
maintained in the processes.
For customer satisfaction:
Ensure to maintain monthly and quarterly reports and records
To understand & carry out all the other responsibilities as per the instruction by the company.
Ensure timely disbursals of Home Loans
Attend to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis, addressing customer
grievances and finding solutions or escalating them as and when required.
Meeting NPA customers to understand the reason for not paying and convince them to repay
For Employee engagement and Development:.
Spending quality time with the new joinees for proper handholding of responsibilities and
understanding of the job.
Review performance of Team Leaders and Customer Managers on regular basis
Provide guidance and motivate team members to enhance their performance
Train support staff on policies and procedures.
