Job Description

Adeptly delivering towards attaining annual sales targets within the given timeframe, thereby contributing in enhancing the company's productivity & profitability.
L ead and monitor a team of to streamline and maintain smooth banking operations in the branch.
Manage customer branch centric banking operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Handling transaction banking operations, generating business and cross sales. Responsible for customer service and ensuring profitability of the branch.
Ensure target achievement through all channels of Branch Banking.
Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff and effectively monitor, mentor Relationship Manager, Branch Service and Operations Manager, Credit Manager and other sales and operations staff.
Complaints Handling.
Review Branch Operations reports.
Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level.
Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations, Procedure & Statutory bodies
