Job Description

Compliance to all local legal requirements for the
operation of a business;
Manage all supplier and sub-contractor relationships;
Manage the safe and secure operation of the Branch;
Overall responsibility of all insurance from sales to
Implement and manage an effective Environmental

Ensure that the highest quality standards are
maintained through following ISO and FAIM
Improve quality systems and implement corrective

Finance, Accounting, Treasury and
Prepare, manage and report on the Branch budget
and variances;
Control expenditure and budget compliance;
Submission of accounting records and reports;
Follow-up on debt recovery and creditor
Daily management and control of cash flow;
Establish a good working relationship with the local
Ensure that the Branch meets all fiscal and legal

Human Resources Management
Recruitment and Selection;
Oversee the Payroll;
Training and Development of Staff;
Performance Management of Staff.

Sales and Representation
Conduct client visits and source, implement and follow
up on business development opportunities;
Represent the branch at conferences, seminars, etc.;
Approve all quotations to clients (price, margin,
services to be rendered);
Establish a Sales Strategy and ensure that the
objectives are met.

Proven mastery of all Sales, Financial and Accounting as well as
Operational and Logistical aspects related to the position;
A total and proven commitment to customer satisfaction;
Exceptional skills in management and leadership;
A high work output capacity and a drive to succeed;
Skilled in managing a profit centre;
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication skills
