Job Description

Responsible for meeting the Branch targets, adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines & requirements
Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial product offerings of the Bank
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branch
Managing and monitoring performance of all the sales resources and attrition control of customers
Liability generation & New Business development with particular emphasis to Current Account acquisition & value build-up
Cross Sell of revenue products such as Trade Fx / CMS / Assets
Maintaining & deepening relationship with HNW customers
Responsible for correct profiling of clients in the branch & vigilant of necessary Risk Management conduits
Responsible of ensuring the Branch resources understand relevant risks associated with assigned jobs/role in the branch
Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory
requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and
Responsible for adherence of branch level operating standards reflecting highest benchmarks associated with company
Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards
Ensure Branch headcount budget are on-board
Effective Team Management and building Team Spirit
Learning & skill development of the team
Ensure Role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attrition
Ensure that all staffs are adequately trained on the Products of the bank, regulatory & sales processes; make staff aware of various policies of the bank with regard to customer service and compliance
Proper implementation of CRM by the Sales, Relationship & BSD departments and to be reviewed at every interval
Adherence of Values driven via Personality standards & Work commitment
Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated
Ensure that BELT is conducted on timely basis
Comply with Banks policies and processes
Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events
Drive Employee Engagement activities in the branch
Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations, products and
Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch
Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate
solutions to address the concerns
Responsible for all related process checks as custodian of vaults (self or delegated) and joint custodian of systems administration and setup within the branch
Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
Upkeep of the Branch and ATM
Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
Managing Cost parameters associated with Branch Management in the most efficient manner
