Job Role: Travel to Rural areas & Coordinate with Block officer to identity opportunities to sell vehicles. Conduct meet with class one officers. Ability to plan & execute activity at Govt department (Display, Demo & Test Drive) & Coordinate with them. Estimate the Sales nos. required in Govt. dealing in discussion and share the same with local TSM Identify beneficiaries from different villages under various state govt schemes, & liason with block development officers or nodal officers at block/district level. Map high potential panchayats and organize sales & employment generation camps on panchayat days. List down the current beneficiary schemes in the state and map the territories enlisted in each individual scheme. Develop strong liason with each district level officers and block level officers under the scheme. Visit each beneficiary along with dealership team and motivate him to apply for product based on best operating economics of the product. Assist each beneficiary to complete the application form and maintain a daily MIS. Coordinate with external agency to map each village of a block against its cash crop, major economic drivers of the village, population and transport opportunity and need. Liason with each Sarpanch of these villages and plan for sales camp and employment generation camps on panchayat days along with dealership/neev team. Motivate unemployed youth for agri transport opportunity and create C0s.
