1.Work in close co-ordination with other Business Heads, Regional Banca leaders, HO teams and Insurance companies to drive the Insurance Business
2..Responsible for: Incentives and Reward Plans design/implementation, Process maintenance/Innovation, MIS, Training & Content development, Compliance for entire Bancassurance channel. Improve efficiencies.
3. Implement Rewards systems across all business channels to increase effectiveness
4.Identify pockets of incremental activities and increasing insurance presence.
5.Run innovative projects/Training/initiatives to engage better with Sales staff. Create sales support tools. Develop Training packages & garner support from Insurance mkt teams where needed.
6.Ensure Regulatory and process compliance Drive adherence to Banca distribution policy.
7.Keep tab on Industry practices and various models of business for Insurance
