We are looking for a qualified Business Development manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our partners/alliances and acquire customers through these partners for the Paylater product.
As a Business Development manager, you should work with partners & their organisation to acquire new customers, keep them updated on acquisition metrics, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive partner & customer experience alongside delivering the target acquisition plan.
Handle a portfolio of partners for the product and segment type.
Onboard new partners and handhold the Lead to fulfilment process for them
Work in conjunction with partners to generate leads and fulfil applications as well generate transactions
Report internally and to partners on the status of leads/applications
Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly/quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
