Job Description

Candidate needs to be energetic with sound learning abilities to deliver challenging Goals.
Order Management: Consolidating demand for SKUs and maintain the stock availability across branches/stores
Developing and executing a Product Distribution Plan.
Managing inventory for 4000 SKUs.
Experience of managing 3rd party Warehousing and Distribution activities.
Experience of Managing Inventory.
Exposure to procurement of 3PL services for Warehousing and Trucking.
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders within the organization.
Experience of transactions in a ERP preferably Oracle Apps.

Responsible for achieving OTTR (ensuring on time delivery to customers / In stock% min 95%)
Manage Forecasts, Product requisitions and Product availability, maintaining target Inventory levels at multiple locations in South & East Region (12-14 locations)
Inventory Planning and Product Distribution (planning/execution) within the assigned geography.
Maintaining Inventory accuracy, Conducting Physical Audits, Cycle Count.
Freight Negotiation & achieving the target.

Service Provider Monitoring
Provide timely MIS reports on the above activities.
Contract Administration of all Service Contracts including 3PLs & Courier Cos.
Ensure regulatory compliance, consistent service and market competitiveness of Service Providers.

Educational Background: Graduate preferably with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
