Job Description

Meets or exceeds established annual sales target
Creates a funnel of opportunities that tail into a working sales forecast and is able to meet numbers broken down into Half-yearly/ Quarter/Week.
Partakes in Weekly Sales Commit calls with Sales Head/Regional Manager and accurately and responsibly report achievements and pipeline.
Business patch includes Direct & Indirect Sales as also Key Accounts that need special attention.
Responsible for developing a strong relationship between the company and the customer.
Must be able to recognize the potentials of a customer and accordingly chart out a deal to benefit both the customer and the organization equally.
Must have in depth knowledge of the product to be able to explain the pros and cons of the product to a customer and demonstrate the various functionalities of the product.
Should be able to negotiate the terms of the sale and close the sale effectively with possibilities of the client coming back to the company.
Should be able to analyze the market and develop an effective plan to maximize profit for the organization.
Should be able to promote product developments and enhancements or newer upgraded products to the customers.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct Boardroom presentation to provide better understanding to customer on the products capabilities and its cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with Service team to maintain customer-satisfaction and maintain SLAs at all levels

Skills & Knowledge:

Must be a self-starter
Solutions-selling experience in any one or all following areas : UPS, Electrical Switchgears, or other technical products
Excellent presentation skills
Outstanding communication skills both oral & written (English)
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organization skills, able to set priorities & responsive to customer requests
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

Required Professional Qualifications:

Preferably Bachelor of Engineering in electronics / Electrical OR 3 years Diploma in Electronics / Electrical
