Good understanding and leadership experience on Mainframe Infrastructure stack remote delivery.
Good high-level knowledge of Mainframe from Infrastructure (Systems Administration / Programming ) perspective.
Should have managed a team across various Mainframe support areas such as Console Operations , Batch Scheduling, Systems Administration and Programming and Monitoring areas (at least one area).
Supervise delivery of services to customers and make sure a high level of service performance is attained.
Work with Solutioning and Sales team for new deals and engagements to help with PreSales efforts.
Manage CoR of projects supporting services.
Good experience on People and Performance Management of staff.
Able to handle a large team of 100 + resources across different locations in Offshore and Onsite.
Work on staffing needs for the projects, training needs for the technical staff, and reporting into Leadership on team performance and metrics of work delivered.
Work on Service Delivery, Solution Management and Transition Management. Review Incident / Problem / Change Management for key as well as strategic accounts and devise Service Improvement Plans and GTG ( Go - to - Green ) plans.
Prepare presentations and project status report and keep Senior Leadership team updated on the status of the project, schedule, cost and risks identified / mitigated / accepted /t ransferred.
Ensure the delivery of projects within scope, time, cost and quality constraints on behalf of and in continual alignment with the project principal and project plan.
Ensure Gross Margins of the Projects handled are well within the goals set by the Organization, and even better if opportunity exists.
Devise and implement capability building plans.
