Job Description

Need to have an understanding on Data Center operations model Understanding on Server Deployment model and Wintel Manage the Shift operations and ensure timely closure of Tickets Need to have basic of ITIL and Quality related knowledge. Needs to have good Communication and experience in handling customer facing roles before Working knowledge on multiple Windows OS platforms, OS configuration on different roles - Domain, WINS, DNS, DHCP, IIS. Knowledge of - Disk & Storage, File & Print Server Management, Technical understanding of Raid Configuration, NTFS Permissions, Software, service pack installation Good knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange. Good working knowledge of configuring mail client account (Outlook Express, MS Outlook) Ensure tickets closure within SLA, Timely acknowledgement, assignment & Queue management of tickets to team, Helping the team in technical issues, Identify and handle all internal and external escalations on time, Ensure timely escalation to appropriate next levels Prepare timely reports for the client, prepare RCA's as applicable.
