Job Description :-
- To handle queries and complaints from customers tactfully.
- Provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensuring an end to end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
Job Criteria :-
- Excellent Communication Skill in English.
- Any Graduate except B.Tech(Mechanical, Civil, Chemical) M.Tech, MCA, MBA(Regular), B.Ed, LLB
- Flexible with Rotational & Night Shifts.
