Job Description

1. Backoffice emailing process.
2. Resolving the queries of customers via Email.
3. To resolve Complaints
To provide comprehensive management of services covering all facility services to the client, with a focus on continuous improvement.
To achieve financial and other targets established by both the Senior Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager. Note :Back ground Verification is done by CG if candidates are showing experience they should have all the supporting documents.
All the candidates must have Aadhar card and Pan card.

This role is for writing Content & management create a booklet policy handbook, write their booklet in word documents looking at the previous year plan if there is any changes acc they have to make changes
