The purpose of the role is to ensure that customer advocated outcomes and operational excellence is delivered across all cases and manage payroll related call with resolution.

Training of resources, SOPs and Process Maps
Minimum 1-2 years and above work experience
Technical Capabilities / Skills:
Develop a high level of proficiency in the following systems:
Good MS Office knowledge.
Process knowledge specification
Number of training conducted by SME
End to end knowledge on UK Payroll Inputs, Court Orders, UK Tax and NI Calculation, Payroll Run in SAP, BACS Report, GL reports, UK monthly RTI Submission i.e. EPS/FPS, Statutory Calculation i.e. SMP, SPP, Year Start Activities -Tax Uplift, Year End Submission i.e. P60 & P11D.
Should have an excellent voice and accent skills.
Should have high fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
Can interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner
For US Payroll:
WFM exp of 1-2 years
SAP not a mandate.
US Shift mandate.
