- To support the internal process of contract administration. Ensure that the customer contracts are being set-up in SAP and renewed timely and within the business requirements and company policies
- Performs transactional process for NBQ, Order Booking, Amendments, Renewals, Repair Order Process,Carepack Registration, Smart Buy, MS Management.
The processor will perform one of the listed task as per the training skill matrix
- Good PC and database knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Team Player/ Customer focused.
- Good typing skills.
- Must be OK with working in Night Shifts.
- Good knowledge in MS Office
Any Graduates [B.E, B.Sc, BCA, BA]
(Except B.Tech(IT) & Post-Graduates)
- 0 - 2 Years (Decent Communication)
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferable.
- Fresher are also welcome
- Candidate with SAP certification / experience preferred
