The key responsibility of ARM is to work on sales leads and achieving business targets
To Generate fresh leads from the primary and secondary market
Addressing queries of the clients, understating their product need and pitching plans to them as per their requirement
Visiting clients to ensure leads are converted into sales
Post onboarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and Direct channel management
After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by working on sales leads and sourcing business from primary and secondary market.
