- Part of the Central Operations team
- Support in new property handover process for OYO
- Review and verify property submissions as per the defined checklist and take necessary actions
- Validate all picture submissions and escalate issues to the senior management
- Resolve all customer and stakeholder (internal/external) queries promptly and proactively
- Resolve open tickets and action items for new property onboarding.
- Candidate should have from Domestic BPO/Call Center/ BPO/ Backend Process
