Job Description

Responsibilities: This person will work closely with other members of a global team across the enterprise, such as developers, business analysts, quality assurance, production support, architects and end users, to ensure the performance, availability, and consistency of analytics data throughout website applications.    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accomplishes results by managing the activities of others. Manages direct reports, providing leadership, coaching, feedback and delegation. Assess employee performance. Manages projects and program execution of high complexity. Implements new program solutions. Works with home office team manager to determine local team work priority and timelines. Set timeframes for self and team members. Allocates work and mentors new team members, and is responsible for timely delivery of work. Provide thought leadership and defines analytical and/or statistical methodologies for evaluating processes, business problems, and/or ROI of products and services. Business and technical requirements gathering, evaluation and translating requirements into technical specifications, analytics tag designs and validation testing for Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) and Google Analytics/Firebase Assisting users in accessing and interpreting their data and providing reports and dashboards that support their business needs  Communicate data collection issues and report availability issues to business partners Provide support for Adobe Analytics, Marketing environment, Management configuration, and other features in Adobe Analytics Premium Provide user training and knowledge sharing Keep Up-To-Date on the Latest Digital Analytics Best Practices and Products Identify actionable insights and recommendations to influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating results across functional groups. Develop analytics story and visual presentation strategies to ensure data is conveyed in meaningful and interpretive formats for all audience levels.  Analyzes structured and unstructured data from a number of sources to identify drivers Presents insights and findings on major projects to leadership. Effectively communicates logic and technical processes supporting the analytic solutions. NOTE: Ideal candidate should have experience implementing analytics tags as well as leadership skills. Should have worked as DTM-Digital Tag Manager. Essential Criteria Bachelors degree with 10-12.6 years overall experience, out of which 5-7 years of related experience in a quantitative discipline (applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, operations research or related field) Experience using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) and Google Analytics and related reporting tools Developing aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues, data processing flows and common customer challenges in apps Experience (5-7yr) with conducting descriptive statistics and exploratory data analysis (univariate, bivariate, distribution, correlation, histogram, scatter, box plots, trend lines, text mining) Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (ex: SUMIF, vlookup/hlookup, conditional formatting, pivot tables, if) Experience with relational databases and data warehouses (Oracle, Teradata) Knowledge of data management and data visualization software (Business Objects, Tableau, SQL) Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical ideas Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize Experience with packet sniffer tool usage for tagging validation for websites and apps (e.g. Charles or Wireshark)
