Job Description

-Key Distributor empanelment - Scan for opportunities to deepen existing relationships with key distributors. Explore supplementary support options by working with products and business development.

-Support Regional efforts in improving key distributor engagement. Maintain an aggressive contact plan with key distributors in co-ordination with respective Regional Heads. Project manage specific programmes developed for Key distribution engagement.

-Manage central support for distributor training and sales support. Product training support for distributors and ongoing sales support to be provided for all distributor requirements.

-Explore innovative distributor engagement initiatives and ideas, coordination for investment presentations and webinars and keeping a tab on mutual fund market information.

-Support National Head - Retail Sales and Head - Business Development in undertaking exploratory work on new projects

- Discipline in execution and follow up of project schedules to achieve desired results is an essential requirement.

- Ability to influence key stakeholders, build meaningful relationships and strong customer orientation desirable.

- Ability to work in a team-environment, interact with cross-functional stakeholders and good influencing skills are required.

- Strong analytical skills.
