Job Description

- Support in Retail Sales strategy through focusing on internal mechanisms of target setting, distributor mapping, product training and improving people efficiency.
- Enable skill building initiatives through central support for product dissemination, skill-development training and providing frameworks and support on Investor Education. Work with products and marketing to enable investor communication.
-Supports in building Loyalty Programmes and Incentive mechanisms. Enable understanding of brokerage structures, incentive guidelines, and providing central support in optimizing product mix for employees and distributors.
-Explore innovative distributor engagement initiatives and ideas, coordination for investment presentations and webinars and keeping a tab on mutual fund market information.
-Support National Head - Retail Sales and Head - Business Development in undertaking exploratory work on new projects
- Discipline in execution and follow up of project schedules to achieve desired results is an essential requirement.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders, build meaningful relationships and strong customer orientation desirable.
- Ability to work in a team-environment, interact with cross-functional stakeholders and good influencing skills are required.
- Strong analytical skills.
