b.Effective translation of business requirements to the most efficient solution within the construct of existing systems c.Work with CIS and function al teams to implement all planned automation initiatives on time with the right quality d.Provide support and collaborate on timely and quality UAT for all automation initiatives e.Scout and ideate for opportunities of automation of existing HR systems and processes leading to optimal resource utilization a.Work with the Micro lander core team to build HC recon system so as to remove manual intervention in the process a.Own the HC recon process to ensure accuracy and efficiency (this should get automated as much as possible) b.Work with the rest of the CPM team as a backup for CPM activities (IJP/ SO approvals etc) on the system (this will be fleshed out further in discussion with Deepa) GET aloocation and assignment, follow up with business Total Experience In Years I hereby declare and confirm that all the information provided by me as a part of this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
