Job Description

You will be responsible for entire skill development,Learning & Development of entire manufacturing segment of company. Other capabilities - - L&D depth with specific reference to diagnostics, course design, effectiveness assessment, best practices etc. - cGMP and other compliance aspects - Facilitation skills - Project management skills - Result orientation Influencing skills : 1) Setting the short & long term learning agenda for Manufacturing domain in alignment with business needs and priorities a) Define the curriculum framework and build the learning curriculum for different stake holders in that domain as per approved glide path b) Publish signed off learning focus areas for the domain - building pivotal capabilities that will be driven seamlessly across 2) Drive new intervention design & launch in an efficient and effective manner in line with the plan a) Consolidate the list of new interventions to be launched b) Conduct detailed diagnostics and identify the most effective means (platform, methodology etc.) of addressing the need c) Design a detailed project plan which includes details of experts to be partnered with (internal/external), timelines etc. d) Ensure robust and instructionally sound interventions in line with Cipla University's learning framework are launched e) Ensure periodical updation of existing interventions as per plan 3) Drive specialist learning centres (eg. Sterile Academy at Goa) at locations with design and programme implementation a) Support with content development for the interventions b) Obtain monthly update and incorporate as a part of consolidated dash board c) Support in coordinating with other locations to ensure their participation in those interventions 3) As a means of building a culture of self-learning, actively drive non-formal approaches and platforms like social learning, micro learning etc a) Partner with learning solutions team to identify modern learning platforms as relevant for the technical domain b) Build an implementation plan and actively drive the same. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES : Describe the major challenges you face in carrying out the job, and what you do in order to overcome them. a) Alignment of stakeholders in firming the learning agenda - Seek support of the Quality Leaders and L&D head b) Getting the right SMEs and experts to partner in design & delivery - Identifying the right sponsor for the intervention so that sponsor nominates the right SMEs and ensures their availability c) Implementing the agenda at different locations - building capability of the team; structured process for monitoring and periodical dashboards. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience in Pharmaceutical specially injectable or sterile ( FFS) with skill development or L&D exposure preferable. Educational Qualifications : - Post Graduate degree/ PhD(preferred) in Pharma Sciences Relevant Experience: - 12 - 15 years of experience in pharma manufacturing with 5 years involved in quality training
