1. Project Management: Responsible for managing the life cycle of the assignment.
2. Key Account Management: Building and maintaining relations with clients.
3. Team Development: Play a key role in the development of the team through coaching, mentoring, training.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality of deliverables.
5. Business Development: Identifying opportunities for business growth, submitting proposals, negotiating and closure.
6. Firm Administration: Play a role in managing the administrative needs of the firm.
