Job Description

Day-to-day Operations Management Logistics, Service, Risk and Call Center Though there are process owners for each function, this role will enable a flawless coordination among teams Will act as a customer champion and build customer centric processes. Resolve case specific issues and provide solutions to the process owners As a key business user, identify areas to make operations more efficient Execute projects to increase team productivity, customer NPS and CSAT. Qualifications and Skills: Aminimum of 7/15 years of overall work experience. An eye to understand data insights and identify action items to address gaps. Analytical thinking and mastering complex subject matter quickly Prior exposure to Operations in a startup will be preferred A brilliant academic record. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Experience Should Be : 7 To 15 Candidate Degree Should Be : BA, BBA/BMS, BCA, BCom, BE-Comp/IT, BE-Other, BSc-Other, BTech-Other, MBA, PGDM
