Job Description

Responsibilities: Reporting and Analysis: Produce weekly/monthly analytical reports on Key Performance Indicators for Business Head and Team Leaders according to their needs and expectations in standardized form as well as ad hoc requests Track team contribution to business for assessing bankers individual performance for annual appraisal Produce and disseminate reports to bankers to monitor and maintain performance momentum Ensure data quality in client allocation, grouping, segmentation and revenues in the data reports by operations through regular review Budgeting and Forecasting process Interface with onshore/offshore teams representing management for data analysis, reporting, projects, forecasts & budgets and various communications Coordinate with finance teams in India, Singapore and Hong Kong to ensure accurate and consistent data reporting Business Development: Support bankers in client prospection through customized presentations for client acquisitions and deal pitches, distribute centrally generated leads, develop and implement prospect tracker, monitor name clearance and lead mapping Coordinate to ensure CRM front office tool meets the requirements of bankers and management in business development areas Steer client initiatives launched by management with regular updates and relevant reporting Track and monitor referrals between WM India & CIB Coverage teams and WM India & WM NRI teams Promote sharing of best practices within teams and between WM India and the WM NRI team Coordinate the Client Action Plan process for WM India as and when requested by WM APAC Marketing Support: Produce focus product deal pipeline reports from individual bankers for management discussions Consolidate and report the Quarterly Deals Letter of Bankers on their significant deals, and check for accuracy and consistency with operations data and management reporting Ensure bankers compliance with cross border certifications in line with BNP Paribas policy and procedures. Ensure utilization of WM CRM tool by client facing teams, liaising with Projects team in case of problems or gaps Indian Markets Initiatives: Generate content and presentations for the Indian Markets Forecasting and Budgeting process Participate and support implementation of internal Indian Markets improvement initiatives like tracking methodology, analytical techniques, and common business reports Actively share best practices across Indian Markets in coordination with NRI business manager Responsible for local implementation of Indian Markets initiatives
