Assistant Vice President - Claim/Underwriting Operations Process - US Healthcare Domain - Graduate/PG with experience in US Healthcare or Insurance industry. - Minimum work experience of 12 years in back office operations across Health or Life Underwriting, Claims or Insurance. Green Belt/Black belt certification will be added advantage. - Strong SLA management experience within a healthcare based third party setup in India along with managing team sizes upto 150+ people spread across multiple locations - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings. - Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities - Strong Analytical ability and Decision making skills. - Excellent people management skills, open to direction and Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done - Creating and strategizing business operations that deliver excellent results - Ensuring a value added experience to all stakeholders by partnering with them and influencing them on business and day to day operational issues and expectations.
