o Identify and qualify the list of local and national prospects, strategic accounts to establish contact with and build effective and profitable relationships with both existing and potential clients. o Assist the business in the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, proposals and presentation as well as review and negotiating contracts o Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities, Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. o Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. o Exceeds sales revenue quotas by winning new contracts and job orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships. o Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs. o Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation and development of proposals. o Work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs, Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. Work with Operations team to analyse and resolve clients complaints and making problem-solving calls to clients o Attend and generate sales leads from attending trade shows or organising events to target prospects and existing clients, Liaise with various Chamber of Commerce, industry associations, government bodies and others to identify new business opportunities. o Tracking the performance of all clients on Weekly and Monthly basis by preparing & analysing various clients reports and taking Corrective and preventative actions. o Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators. o Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate, Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM or other sales management system. o Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met, Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. o Understand the companys goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the companys performance. o Responsible for maintaining and building upon existing annual revenue in designated sales territory. The primary focus of this position is to bring new business to new and existing clients.
