Job Description

Adopt systematic approach and methods to convert maximum enquiries into order. Develop good key customer relationship at different levels of decision making for achieving customer satisfaction, gathering market intelligence, achieving high conversion ratio (order: offer) of high value products (>3 crore) and ensure smooth order execution and cash flow. Market Intelligence - Look for new requirement within the knowledge area. Quality enquiry generation for high value and high revenue requirement. Understand the buying process for capital goods / machinery / equipment and accordingly influence at every level. Desired Profile: Should be conversant with tendering procedures of Ordnance Factories and also should have sufficient experience with private Industries in and around Chennai. Should have a proven track record of doing direct sales of Machine Tools to customers in Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy & Trivandrum. Good personality and written and verbal communication skill needed. Good listening capacity, strong negotiation skills, elegant in approach, agility and able to bear work pressure & willing to travel in a short notice is required. -Customer rapport and relations is the key for this position. This position involves Extensive Travel across southern region.
