Develop good key customer relationship at different levels of decision making for achieving customer satisfaction, gathering market intelligence, achieving high conversion ratio (order: offer) of high value products (>3 crore) and ensure smooth order execution and cash flow.

Market Intelligence - Look for new requirement within the knowledge area.

Quality enquiry generation for high value and high revenue requirement.

Understand the buying process for capital goods / machinery / equipment and accordingly influence at every level.

Team work for achieving the best results.

Should be conversant in handling private & government customers such as BHEL, RAILWAYS and Defence (Ordnance Factories)
