1) Conceptualization and execution of the brand and communications
2) Establishing interface with the external agencies including Advertising,
Media Buying, Outdoors, Retail POP development, Events & Promotions,
Vendors for timely product rollout and deliveries
3) Prepare marketing plan, Track Budget, Budget Estimation, Budget
approval, Vendor selection, Monitor competitors marketing activities
4) Budgeting for the plan by collecting the various costs involved and
performing the Budget allocation.
5) Ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
6) Create cost-effective Vendor Base for different marketing activities.
7) Planning and launch of scheme, product & loyalty program along with the
marketing manager meeting up with clients and getting business from the field, target-based incentives
