Using data analysis/analytic to provide inputs for streamlining the recruitment processes.

- Owner of Recruitment Operations Programs, Policies and Procedures at Global Level.

- The person would be a part of the Global Recruitment Operations team and would be involved in driving various key projects generated from Corporate

- Would be driving key communications and change management efforts for all programs, policies and procedures to ensure adoption and compliance by all customer groups across regions.

- Validate alternate source of hiring and networking.
