Engage in effective sales training process for PAN INDIA
Create effective sales modules and initiate the training process
Identify the new sales trends and innovate the training materials according to the latest techniques
Business partner with the Sales team and identify the actual training needs
Bridge the GAP by effective coordination with the Stakeholders
Identify micro issues and streamline the betterment techniques to the sales team
Analyse the real-time on field sales issues and come up with new ideas to overcome
Periodically analyse the business volume and engage in training mode
