Job Description

Handling car retail sales.
Responsible for Profitability of the business
Driving revenue towards Car Finance, Car Insurance, Accessories & Customer Care.
Plan the quarterly, monthly and weekly sales for the dealership
Plan all initiatives to be taken for achievement of targets
Allocate same amongst the respective sales team
Tracking complete activities including product launches, schemes, discount and market activations plans etc.,
Ensuring adherence of sales process by the team
Conducting daily planning meeting with the team
Liaison with logistics coordinator to receive the vehicle on time
Meeting the customer at the time of delivery and take feedback on the demo process, test drive and overall customer experience
Review targets and Maintaining periodic dashboards to keep a track of sales targets
Resolve all open customer complaints and set up processes to ensure a repeat complaint does not happen
Act as an escalation point for all unresolved complaints – with internal teams and customers
Resolve issues related to vehicle delivery with the delivery team and logistics coordinators
Design reward and recognition program to motivate sales team
Ensure team is trained on SSI factors and implements all initiatives under SSI
Calculate the incentive earning of team and identify top and bottom performer
