Prime Objectives of the job:
Deliver sales targets across all the territories under control Secure and Expand ( whenever appropriate.the appropriate Distribution Network Geographical penetration.
A coordinated and mastered activation of the Trade through pre-established business plans.
Coach team members and build a robust team to take on any challenge.
Hands-on control on Sales activities ( customer list, Core collection regular reviews, price point set up, value chain efficiency etc).
Upholding the integrity and honesty, carry out the roles and responsibilities in a manner which are aligned to the Company vision and growth strategy.
To organize & Conduct DJ Training master classes.
Planning and expanding distribution & dealer network to increase distribution
width & depth in the assigned territory.
Prepare new channel partner appointment plan, giving business presentation to
the prospective channel partners.
Appointment of new channel partners and commercial terms finalization.
Evaluate the performance of the channel partners and audit them for scheme implementation, inventory & outstanding norms, payments and take corrective actions.
Ensure primary sales as per targets and also focus on timely claims settlement.
Develop relationship with the channel partners in a way to make customer delight.
Ensure deployment of monthly sales targets to the channel partners, associates and motivate them to achieve the same with focus on all products.
Ensure timely payment collection as per co. norms.
Visiting channel partners as per PJP and aggressively driving salesperson to achieve sales, reach, display and demonstration targets.
Analyze and evaluate the market regarding sales trends, sales potential, and competitors activities and implement sales plan in accordance to the output desired.
Achieving dominant market share in the region/territory by continuously lookingfor new business opportunity.
Working with Corporate Sales & Marketing team for launching of schemes,
promotions and contests to promote various products and brands of thecompany.
Access and analyse impact of trade promotions schemes, contests and schemes
being run and communicate feedback to Corporate Office.
Execution of territory level BTL activities such as product launch, DJ master class trainings, distributor/dealer meet etc. in the budgetary provisions andensuring maximum output from the same.
Ensure in-shop and out-shop branding and POP material positioning in the market.
Product Training ( DJ products) to all concerned.
Leading and motivating distributors and their teams and ensuring day to day
feedback on secondary sales achievement and promotion activities.
Provide product and sales training to upgrade the skills of the sales force.
Create its own Competitors Intelligence Database; & analyse
And share any relevant trends in Industry
Give sales analysis of the territory; prepare market mapping
PJP, Stock & sales report, market audit report, Distributor/Dealers claims
reports, Dealer/Retailer Scheme Incentive Reports etc.
