The Candidate will be responsible for delivering MR Analytics :
1) Owning data & programming architecture for MR Analytics & Datamarts based out of Big Data systems. Leading new generation Big Data Programming in JAVA/Python/HIVE to enable development of datamarts & algorithms for Personalization capabilities like Fingerprint/ R3 .
2) Developing best-in-class quantitative methods including Machine Learning Algorithms for driving the Personalization capabilities.
He / She will work in close partnership with the Membership Rewards community - Marketing teams, Technologies (Loyalty, Big Data) across central (IMS) and market teams.
