Job Description: *Manage the leadership hiring team by setting up right KRAs, performance parameters and a process that enables improvement in hiring quality and reduces the time to closure *Guide the team in research and screening of candidates for leadership and critical positions hiring *Experience in talent acquisition with knowledge in hiring at all levels specifically in Middle level, Senior level, Lateral Hiring, Bulk Hiring, Volume Hiring, Bfsi recruitment. *Innovative thinker *Leadership skills *Ability to work under pressure *Flexible in terms of working time & role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go extra mile as needed to produce effected results as expected from this role.
