Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals. Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc. Conducting skill testing & interviews Planning & strategizing for project specific recruitment within defined time frames Ensuring that documentation and salary fitment is as per agreed guidelines; to maintain Green status in compliance front Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent Seek to expand the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and assess their suitability Stakeholder management Mentoring and Managing Team members. Preferred Skillset Good knowledge in computers. Good communication skills, Data management skills and detail oriented. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels.
