Job Description

- Drive continuous improvement culture through training, coordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in BPO.

- Must be certified Black Belt /Green Belt from a reputed certifying body/organization with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology

- Must have 6-8 years of relevant work experience

- Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of Quality and Process Excellence.

- Must have mentored at least 5 - 7 GB / BB projects

- Experience in Quality is preferred.

- Must have hands-on experience in project management tools

- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills

- Must have high energy levels and ability to influence stakeholders

- Should be a self-starter
