Job Description

Responsibilities : Inventory Control Creation of Material Codes. Creation of Bill Of Material. Maintaining Material Routing. Maintaining Material info Record. Creation of Customer Master. Maintaining Sale Prices & Duties as per Customer Purchase Orders. Daily Dispatch Planning and dispatch to Customer and Vendors with proper documents. Creation & Maintaining records of 4(5)a & 4(6)a Challans. Taking follow up with vendors for on time delivery. Closing of 4(5)a & 4(6)a Challans. Creation of Sale Orders. Creation of Planned Orders & Production Orders. Creation of Vendor Master. Creating Subcontracting Purchase Orders & Delivery Challans. Making GRN Against PO. Creation of Sale Invoices. Manpower Handling in the Dispatch and Production area. Monthly Vendor Stock Reconciliation. Customer Rejection Entries. Daily Planned Sales Vs. Actual Sales Report. Daily Planned Production Vs. Actual Production Report. Monthly Production Report. Monthly Sale Report. Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost. Scrap Reconciliation and movements. Verifying & Process Vendors & Transporters Bills. Salary : 3 - 6.5 LPA Direct Payroll.
