Sound knowledge of Aftermarket principles, branding, pricing etc.
Exports knowledge desirable.
Any other responsibility may be included at the discretion of the Management to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer delight.
Key Account management for all OES requirements.
Support Business heads, in developing OES and Aftermarket Strategy.
Sales Contracts for OES
OES Sales budgets, AOP/BSR finalization.
Developing OES price structure and sustaining pricing principles including commodity and other costs related corrections on an ongoing basis.
Supporting Aftermarket network including branding initiatives.
Developing Product Catalogues, service literatures etc.
Close liaison with internal technical team/OE Marketing group/PM group/ECN Team for effecting timely changes in the Product Catalogues.
Close liaison with customer technical team and ensuring timely response on OES queries.
Supporting Delivery Management group at time of any technical glitches.
Receivables administration for OES.
