Working with the lead to build out capabilities on the ground in to execute on programs planned for delivery in 2017/18
Working with the LMR team and data providers to formalise data hand-offs, including development of documentation, and facilitating agreements.
Development of end-to-end process maps, documentation of key controls, and working with the LMR team on practical implementation of these controls.
Working with LMR and the LRP workstreams to support the design and documentation of automated controls, e.g. exceptions reporting, variance analysis.
Supporting the preparation / update of controls documentation e.g. policies and procedures, roles and responsibilities, reviewer checklists.
7+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry
Developing and implementing process and system improvement solutions
Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge
Ability to perform detailed/complex data analysis tasks, prior experience in performing business analysis
Proven track record in delivering major projects especially projects delivered in an investment bank or similar institution, including familiarity with SDLC
Ability to be proactive in identifying opportunities for process and systems change and assess / improve business processes
Strong problem solving skills
Basel III and Leverage Ratio (including all underlying calculations and reporting requirements)
Able to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time
Strong attention to detail and highly analytical and creative
Ability to document information accurately and succinctly
Excellent team player (displays enthusiasm, confidence & commitment)
Strong communication ability (verbal & written)
Ability to work independently and with colleagues in off-site locations
