Job Description

Assessing and documenting requirements for IT or process change ahead of the different stage gates in the 2017 delivery roadmap
Synchronising across different programs within the overall Balance Sheet, Leverage and Capital program to enable holistic solution delivery in order to ensure synergies achieved in planning and delivery
To understand deliverables and to translate them into project artefacts
To perform stakeholder management across business divisions and organisational functions
Manage delivery risk and ensure good escalation to enable a solid delivery to time deadlines at the appropriate level of quality
Co-ordinating with senior stakeholders to ascertain business needs in advance of regulation to deliver the best solution and process possible

7+ years of experience in banking industry
Knowledge of regulatory framework publications such as BCBS 279, BCBS 239, PRA CRR
Ability to transition methodologies into practical implementation approaches
Ability to perform detailed/complex data analysis tasks
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to document information accurately and succinctly
Excellent team player (displays enthusiasm, confidence & commitment)
Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Excellent verbal and written English
Knowledge of the Standardized Approach for Counterparty Credit Risk (SA-CCR), PRA CRR
MS Project
Should be adept at managing
Focus in finance or accounting (financial and regulatory reporting)
Project management experience in investment banking
Developing and implementing process and system improvement solutions
Delivery of a full lifecycle system implementation
Experience working with teams of internal employees, contractors and consultants across multiple locations
