Handle Medico Legal Cases and Litigation Management , co-ordinating with the concerned doctors (for medico-legal issues) or the concerned department (for any non-medico legal issues) , Advising on risk management for various medico legal matter. Desired Candidate Profile The incumbent should have 1-7 years of experience in a litigation law firm or advocate's chamber. He/ she should have done law (5 years LLB course) from any of the national law schools. He/she should have good oral and written communication skills.
