Responsible for Leadership Hiring (Technical Architect, Data Sceintist, IOS Developer, Solution Architects, , all senior level positions) and active participation in Campus Hiring activities. Online Job Posting in different Job portals. Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates from various techniques through the methodologies of sourcing such as Job portals, social networking sites, job posting, employee referrals & conducted walk In etc. Create and Maintain Groups/ Pages in LinkedIn for effective networking with prospective candidates and to build an active Pool Passive job seekers. Build; maintain industry / skill specific market intelligence for target- based hiring. Conduct initial HR interview for assessing the candidates based on various criteria such as communication, attitude, stability, interest and orienting the candidates to the technical round Having complete experience into Corporate Hiring Having Hands on experience into Vendor Management Regular coordination with hiring managers to gather & update on the current status of their requirements Covering hiring of India and USA Office of Live career. Interaction with business team on regular basis. Having hands on experience in GTM and Skype Scheduling. Having good exposure of Campus hiring. Maintaining the database for difference skill sets & Preparing Reports on weekly and monthly basis. Screening/ Short listings of profiles shared by consultants as well from job ads / Portals Taking HR Discussion (F2F). Follow up with technical panel for technical interviews, calendar Booking.
