  • Understanding business requirements/position requirements with active dialogue with business
  • Deciding best sources for collecting relevant CVs
  • Short listing CVs
  • Coordinating with business on the interviews
  • Conducting the HR interview


  • Proposing offers based on internal benchmarks and external market information
  • Negotiating offers
  • Rolling out the offer letter
  • Keeping close contact with candidate until joining
