o A post graduate/ graduate degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in working on Human Capital Management in BFSI space.
o Prior experience in Service delivery management and managing projects in Learning & Development.
o Expertise & experience in managing the implementation and service delivery of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
o Competency in leading Change management projects & formulating Business documents.
o Prior experience in Constructing HR Analytics/Project dashboards and Stakeholder Management.
o Proficiency in PeopleSoft application software and MS Office Suite.
o Exceptional analytical, team management (virtual) and communication skills.
o Ability to work in fast paced and high stress environments.
• You would be responsible :
o To lead and support HCM project teams for various HCM projects; indulge in content management and requirement analysis for key stakeholders.
o To analyze data and construct HR Analytics dashboards.
o To undertake improvement in processes ; work on HRIS systems and modify the project related documents
o To design and implement strategies for various OD processes like – Succession planning, Talent acquisition and Development..
o To maintain strong connect and liaison with the virtual team and primary stakeholders of the organization.
