Job Description

6-9 years of experience in HR consulting domain with Masters degree in HR or full time MBA. Preferred work experience / exposure to HR transformation programs and working as part of a global distributed team.
Key responsibilities:
Be part of the HR transformation practice, working with global clients. Support the Practice Leader in developing the HR transformation offering, go-to-market toolkit and other collateral's

Work on global projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content. Support effective client communication, cadence and engagement economics.

Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas

o Been involved in end to end HR transformation program

o HR operating model design and organisation design

o End to end HR processes (hire to retire) design, optimisation and implementation

o Knowledge of Change management

o Supported Project management

o Knowledge of HR systems HCM solutions such as Fusion, SuccessFactors

o HR analytics

o Learning design and delivery

o Knowledge of HR shared services and outsourcing models

o HR policy design

Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance HR transformation and broader capability offering within the practice

Demonstrate high integrity and commitment to working in a new, challenging environment

Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive

Strong communication and presentation skills

Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity

High energy levels, be flexible, adaptable and be confident

Open to travel on global projects
