Manage the leadership hiring team by setting up right KRAs, performance parameters and a process that enables improvement in hiring quality and reduces the time to closure
Guide the team in research and screening of candidates for leadership and critical positions hiring
Experience in talent acquisition with knowledge in hiring at all levels specifically in sales, banking or investment domain hiring.
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible in terms of working time & role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go extra mile as needed to produce effected results as expected from this role .
